What is the standard booking process?
All our bookings are handled via WhatsApp business and email. Our team of qualified travel experts will create dialog to establish the travel requirements of each client. We use our trusted partners to research the market to source and share the very best options to meet the clients requirements.
On booking acceptance, our team will send a formal booking confirmation email, invoice and information about our payment terms including deposit and balance due dates and cancellation policies.

We are specialists in villa, apartment and ski chalet sourcing. We maintain a high degree of luxury and exclusivity working with some of the best properties and partners across 8 destinations and 4 continents worldwide. We tailor every request specifically for our clients and share our portfolio on enquiry basis only.

What are you current payment terms?
In the real estate industry, property rentals hold a degree of flexible with payment terms. We work with our clients to understand their financial requirements. The normal form of payment in the industry is standard and international bank transfer, payment links and USDT cryptocurrency is also an option (fees applied).

What is the entry level price for a villa rental and over what duration can you rent?
Typically the price of a villa or apartment rental is reliant on 3 dynamics

Number of guests / bedrooms
Seasonality
The minimum stay is typically 5 nights across our European destinations (with a preference to 7 nights in some cases).
Longer term lets are considered minimum one month.
Our luxury villa selection typically would have an entry price of £5000 for a 5 night stay.

What is the cancellation policy on a rental?
Cancellation policies vary on each property rental. Terms and conditions as well as cancellation policy is outlined in rental contract. In most cases once a booking is confirmed it is not refundable, however we remain to a degree of flexibility to support our clients in case a requirement to cancel occurs.
